Celebrating my Twitch Anniversary

As I sit down to write this, I can hardly believe that it has been four years since I came to Twitch, I never thought I would have made so many friends along the way, and eventually start my streaming journey of sharing things that I love to do like playing games, art, or just hanging out with my wonderful community. This journey started with one goal in mind and that is to make people smile whether I am in front of the camera or behind the camera, and I learned so much over the past four years, not just about streaming, but about me as well. This Twitch anniversary is not just another milestone for me, it is a celebration of the connections that was made and the growth that I have experienced as a streamer, viewer, and person. Being on twitch has pushed me passed the comfort zone where I usually lurk in streams due to me being very shy when I meet someone new, to me being a valuable part of any twitch community by using channel points and even talking more than what I am used to doing. Being able to share my passions to everyone and make them smile, really makes me want to howl from the top of my lungs in excitement that I can make someone’s day better. The relationships I have made through the platform have been nothing short of transformative, and for that, I am very grateful. Twitch has become more than a place to stream for me, it has become a place where I can be open, honest, and be myself without any hesitation, just knowing that are people surrounding me that genuinely care. As I look ahead to the future, I’m filled with excitement and anticipation for what’s to come, there are so many ideas I want to explore, from new content to community events, and I can not wait to see where this journey takes me next. To everyone who has been a part of this incredible adventure (even during the tough times that took me away from streaming) thank you from the bottom of my heart, your support, encouragement, and friendship means the world to me, and I’m so excited to see what the next four years will bring. As I reflect on the past four years, it is impossible not to forget the challenges and hurdles that have come along the way, there were times when I wondered if I was on the right path and days when technical difficulties discouraging. But through it all, one thing remains the same is the unwavering support of the awesome community, whether it was a kind word, a piece of advice, or just someone showing up to keep me company during a stream, those gestures have meant more to me than words can express.
